On the alter: Ikebana flower arrangement by Michael. A few candles. A red rose. A pomegranate. A cup of spiced wine and a cup of spiced cider. Photos with names and dates of a few people we have lost. A little Swedish horse ornament.
Guests added: A foil covered sugar skull, with a few quotes on the back, (Mike B.) A video (Curt). A framed photo (Peggy). A string of tiny oragami cranes (Tahlia). Some jewelry and a string of blue covered paperclips (Beth). And the names a few more dearly departed to be included in this remembrance alter.
