Folklife Festival 2005
I still very much enjoy going to Folklife every year. I never know what's playing on any of the stages, because I don't care. I'm more enamored of the buskers, all the people set up in every available corner, playing music, juggling, doing magic tricks, mime shows, once I even saw a little girl with a hoola hoop. It's all great fun.

I see this guy every year. He's a wonderful musician. |
Taiko drums. My only stage shot. Just randomly stumbled across them here. |
My favorite shot for the day. |

New Toucan Drummer, Davee. |
Every year I find and photograph the Toucans. I think Pete said that this was the 17th year at Folklife. For it's started to get hard to tell the difference between the pictures from one year and the next. The only thing that changes is the occassional drummer. |
