Dec. 15th, 2001: I finally finished my story about going to see Concrete Blonde in Stocton, CA.
Sept. 23rd, 2001: It's a lovely day outside. I want to go for a little walk. Especially when I think about being crammed in an airplane most of tomorrow. I am going to Washington DC. It'll be a long day of travel. Flying into Baltimore, and shuttling the rest of the way. Spend Tuesday in DC. and then a long day traveling back on Wednesday. I have no fear of flying right now. Quite the contrary. But I am not so happy about so much traveling for only one day in DC. I've never been there before, and I hope to cram in a little site seeing.

Sept. 1st, 2001: Today I'm changing my color scheme. This could take awhile! I'm playing around with the hexidecimal color system and there is a lot of hit or miss involved. I think it might be worth my while to mention my old color scheme here, for my own sanity, and as a safety net if nothing else.
Aug. 22nd, 2001: I have added a new page: Me 1998

Took me awhile to get around to doing anything significant here. These last two weeks I have been overloaded with work/work and work on my family website. And whatever time is left over I'm probably sleeping. When I have had time to work on this web site it has mostly been clean up. I've learned some new things, and it takes awhile to go through all the existing pages and update them.

Aug. 5th, 2001: 12 noon: I am working on pictures today. We'll see how far I get. Yesterday I worked on updating existing things, and I have started a little rearranging.

9 PM: I didn't get as much done as I hoped here. Ended up doing lots of stuff around the house. I did some work on existing pages. Rearranged the Scrapbook and updated the site map. It'll have to do for today.

G'night ~Snow

July 17th, 2001: Okay, the moving is done. It went really smoothly. All that's left is the cleanup. Fortunately, I get to go out of town and relax this weekend in San Francisco. ~Snow (P.S. This picture doesn't have anything to do with anything but for some reason I get a lot of search hits on it.)
July 12th, 2001: The moving sale is over. Most of the stuff was sold, and the rest has been donated to charity. We took the last of it to the Lifelong thriftstore, which use to be Chicken Soup Brigade. I like this way of deciding there is a pile of stuff I don't ever want to see again. Having a yardsale, to sell as much of it as possible for whatever I can get and then donating the rest. It feels really good. Now I have to finish moving. I hate moving. ~Snow
July 8th, 2001: Yard Sale Done: 8pm Sunday 7/8/01, Yard sale is over. I'm exhausted. But at least we sold most of the stuff. Now there is only a few things left and we are considering the idea of giving it all to Chicken Soup Brigade.
July 7th, 2001: I will be having a yard sale with friends tommorrow, Sunday July 8th, 2001. 10am - 6 pm. If I have to haul it to the street to sell, I don't plan on hauling it back in, so we're planning to be out there all day. (Unless everything is sold off before 6pm.) There will be at 'least' two other people involved, and it could be up to 4 households. It will be on Capitol Hill at the corner of Republican and Harvard, kiddie corner from the QFC and behind the Broadway Market.
June 20th, 2001: Moving Sale! I gotta move, and I've got stuff to get rid of...
June 19th, 2001: Okay Its been over a week since I did anything here. I've been away from my computer the last 4 days. Drove to Walla Walla and back, visited with some family. I'll put up a couple pictures when I get them. ~Snow
June 3rd, 2001: "After the Bible and Shakespeare, "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" is the most frequently quoted and best known book in the world."

This is a bit overdue, but I finally started an 'Alice' page here. I will add more pictures from the costume parties I've had, but for now, I have found some interesting links to resources for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland online. You'll find them at the end of the page.

June 1st, 2001: I did some research on the Pergola today. And have added a few links here to what I found.
May 26th, 2001: I have been doing some work here, but its not a really obvious sort of thing. I'm learning to make real thumbnails so that pages will load faster and you can go to larger images when you want to, without having to load all the full size images at once.

Two pages that now have real thumbnails: San Francisco, and Me

May 18th, 2001: Squirrels crack me up. I have a few stories set in pictures. Here's one.

And I've added even more pictures of my Mom and I together.

May 17th, 2001: So, now I have started back in time. A collection of photo's of my mom and me.
May 12th, 2001:
Here are some brand new pages I have started for:
Grave Yards, Seattle, Kurchta, and Mok.
Then I did some work on the About page, and Bob-cat's page.
May 2nd, 2001: I finally have my first real addition to my page on Churches.
May 2nd, 2001: And I posted some new pictures to Michael's page as well.

Also...
I added a few pictures of Nora Reign.
Added to and reworked Silver's page. (I'm rather pleased with it.)
Three new pictures of Tina Sargent.
and yet another update to the main Scrapbook page. It's getting better.

Apr. 25th, 2001: Here are more black and white photos shot, developed and printed by me in my home, in 2000. I have since moved, and do not have anywhere to set up my darkroom. However I am looking into other options, since it is not the most cost effective way to support ones photography hobby. But it certainly hasn't stopped me from taking pictures.
Apr. 24th, 2001: I am finally getting some of my B&W's scanned in so that I can post them here. The rest are on Tina Sargent's page.

I've spent most of my evening working on the Scrapbook, but I'm far from done with it.

Hamster Head
Apr. 21st, 2001:

Evening Seattle skyline from a ferry headed for Bremerton.
Apr. 17th, 2001: I am fascinated by the Churches in my neighborhood. You can't go anywhere without seeing several. I think I pass six just driving to the freeway from home. I'm gonna start photographing more of them. Some are really pretty.

Also
I added a Misc Houses page
and worked on "Michael's" page
and then worked on my Mom's page

Apr. 16th, 2001: I attended NorWesCon 24 this past Easter weekend, and really had a good time. I didn't take a single picture while I was there, but someone else did. You can see some lovely pictures from the Con on Sebastian's website.

The folks at Catalyst Studios seem to have had a party and here are the pictures on their website. (Caution: You must have a bent and wicked sense of humor to appreciate these. You have been warned. *Grin*)

Apr. 9th, 2001: In early March we went to the Zoo, I haven't been to a zoo in ages, so I had fun taking some pictures. It was really hard to choose a favorite, but I finally settled on this adorable shot a wild cat snoozing in a tree.
Apr. 7th, 2001:This is a painting by my friend James Silvers. I am so incredibly impressed with his talent, I just had to put this up. Its awesome!
Apr. 5th, 2001: It was a beautiful saturday afternoon almost two weeks ago. We went out to take pictures of odd houses and stop at a yardsale or two. Somewhere in there we happened upon this curious fellow.

The first 'odd' house I mentioned above is the Tilting House.

March 24th, 2001:
Today I finally got up the rest of my pictures from the snowfall in mid-february. You can find them through the picture link, or in the Scrapbook.
Jan. 14th, 2001: The Original home page, story #1 was created on this day. It is the Anniversary of this web site.
